StayIn is the accommodation booking platform operated by Beyondbnb. By making a reservation through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Non-Refundable Reservations
All reservations made through StayIn are strictly non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, the guest assumes full financial responsibility, regardless of any changes in circumstances or cancellation. This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and avoid the costs associated with credit card refund processing fees.
2. Rebooking Discount
In the event of a cancellation, StayIn may offer a discount on a future stay if the cancelled dates are successfully rebooked. The discount amount will depend on the success of rebooking and cannot exceed the original cancellation penalty. This offer is at the sole discretion of StayIn and is non-transferable.
3. Trip Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected changes in travel plans. Coverage options are available through our partner, Red Sky Insurance. StayIn is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a lack of adequate insurance coverage.
4. Damage Deposit
Refundable damage deposits are required to be paid via your unique guest portal before access is granted to your rental. The deposit will be refunded after checkout, provided no damage is found during inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
StayIn shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any modification of bookings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay.
6. Force Majeure
StayIn is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or armed conflicts. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Agreement to Terms
By confirming a reservation with StayIn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions.
8. Modifications
StayIn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
