There are a total of 5 off-street parking spots available. Please park on the property, and not on the street to respect the neighbourhood.

Minimum booking age is 25. We are in a quiet community and it is our priority to respect our neighbors. Our half acre property is best served for family/friend group vacations.

There are a total of 7 beds (queen and king, 14 adults) and 4 toddler mattresses for younger kids. The main house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

There are 2 living spaces, and they are both included in the rental. The primary house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the suite has 3 beds (one is a pull out couch) and 1 full bathroom.

Main house:

-Upper floor

The master room is large, with amazing views from the ensuite. Wake up every morning with some of the most beautiful views of the Purcell Mountains. The master has a large, king size bed, and also has a sit/stand desk, facing the front yard. This desk also has a 27" monitor and office chair to be able to keep up with any computer work required while you are away.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, and also a sit/stand desk facing the front yard.

-Main floor

The main floor has an additional bedroom, with full bathroom and walk in shower. (No bathtub). This additional bedroom has barn doors, so it is not the most sound proof. You can expect to hear some noise from the kitchen and living room areas if people are hanging out inside the house.

On the main floor you'll also find the kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room with a Smart TV, and laundry room (with double washers and double dryers). Access to the deck is off the dining room where there is a large, family style outdoor table that seats 16.

-Suite:

The suite has its own full kitchen and has 3 beds. There are 2 queen beds, and 1 king, pullout bed. The suite has its own full bathroom and laundry, along with all your normal kitchen items.

-Pool/Backyard:

Our property sits on 0.5 acres, with one of the most beautiful views of the Purcell Mountains you can find in Invermere. The views are unobstructed. The sunsets are truly magnificent. Pictures cannot do it justice.

The pool is the main highlight, with a 16'x36' heated swimming pool in the back yard. The pool is a salt water pool, and will be heated to a very comfortable temperature.

-Jacuzzi/hot tub

Yes, from the hot tub, you get the same view you can expect from the house. This is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The double lot this home is built on provides ample space for activities! With a large front yard and massive back yard there is still room to run and play on the grass despite having a huge deck, 16' x 36' heated pool, large pool deck, Jacuzzi hot tub, and 17' netted trampoline. Enjoy playing Spikeball, Ladder Toss, and Lawn Bowling that are provided with your stay. We also provide a few kids lifejackets, pool balls, and floaties. Going to hit the beach? No problem, you'll have access to two large beach mats, two collapsible coolers, and a bucket with sand toys.

You will have access to the main house, the suite above the garages, large driveway (Parking for 6), deck, front yard, backyard, pool, hot tub, trampoline. The property is half an acre, so there is lots of room to spend outside, on the deck, and in the yard.

Westridge is a quiet community with lots to offer. Just down the street you'll find Mount Nelson Athletic Park where you can enjoy tennis/pickleball courts, skate park, bike pump track, outdoor exercise equipment, a large playground, soccer fields, and washroom facilities.

Up the hill towards Pineridge you'll find a playground with zipline and pickleball courts.

Invermere is a pleasant place to drive and our home is located just minutes from downtown and the lake. There is a taxi service within the town and a number of different shuttle services to destinations such as Panorama Mountain Resort and Radium Hot Springs.

The large driveway can easily accommodate four vehicles and there is street parking directly in front of the house for two vehicles.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the house only. There are 2 doorbell cameras in the front, and 2 cameras in the back overlooking the pool and yard area. This is for everyone's safety.
