Strictly no cooking within lock-off units, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.
