Was a good room for my purposes. It was close to the hill. Had all the amenities as mentioned. Lots of hangers. bathroom was clean. I brought my own shampoo. There was no coffee maker or kettle. pillows and bedding was comfortable. Thank you for the room and instructions.

We had a great stay at this lock off unit. The instructions were very clear, and the location is excellent—walkable to the chairlift or just under 2-minute drive to the base parking lot. One big plus is the convenience of the unit’s location. It’s the first studio off the hallway, making it very easy to load and unload gear, especially with the nearby door leading down to the ski locker. This was extremely convenient for a short ski stay. The only downside was the limited amenities, likely due to strata rules. It would have been nice to have a cup, kettle, or small coffee machine available. If you plan to have a morning refresher or bring back food from restaurants, be sure to bring your own cups and cutlery. Overall, it’s great value for a short stay and an excellent choice for skiers looking for convenience and location.

SERIOUS lack of instructions for the place. Missing signage to find our specific room. Upsell focused - 4pm check in, 10am check out, oh but you can pay to improve either. And then finally… the hot tub. TERRIBLE experience. The instructions were extremely poor. First of all, I expected the hot tub to be accessible from our building. It wasn’t. It was a separate building. (Other condos have it attached). Then it was still closed, or appeared closed, when I went to use it. Twice. During open hours. Now, if you saw a keypad AND a bike lock around the door, what would you assume? Yeah, I assumed it was closed too. Oh, actually the keypad isn’t even activated yet, and the code you get is for the bike lock. Oh… nice. My mistake, I thought this was 2025. By the time I came to this understanding, it was less than an hour until checkout. Ask for a discount due to this? Denied. Oh, and walking barefoot (sure, my choice, forgot flip flops) to the hot tub through the snow was AWESOME.
