Staying in Radium Hot Springs never got so easy! Relax with the family at our pet friendly Sable Ridge condo. With a shared pool open all summer, a hot tub open year-round, air conditioning, a gas fireplace, two bedrooms, and a BBQ, this is your ideal home base for all Radium and the Columbia Valley has to offer. Enjoy, skiing, sledding, hiking, ATV adventures, golf, or whatever brings you here. Our centrally located condo will be the perfect spot to come back to after a busy day.

This ground floor condo is in the 2000 building, which is to the left side as you enter the Sable Ridge complex.

ENTRANCE

When you enter the unit, you arrive in the open plan area of the unit. The kitchen is to your right, and the living room area immediately in front of you.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for your use while staying with us.

DINING AREA

Just off the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4

LIVING ROOM

The living room has a very comfortable leather couch and armchair, Shaw cable TV, a gas fireplace, and large windows, and is a great place to unwind after a busy day in Radium.

BATHROOMS

Opposite the kitchen area is a full bathroom with a tub-shower, and comes stocked with hotel quality towels and locally made SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo and hand soap. You will find the second bathroom just off the master bedroom (ensuite).

BEDROOMS

To the right of the living room is a very comfortable king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. This king bed is new and top-of-the-line, and the ensuite bathroom also has a tub/shower.

To the left of the living room is a bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds

For your comfort, both beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens.

PATIO

Through the living room is the private patio with a small patio set and a BBQ for your use. Please note, this BBQ is plumbed directly to the building’s propane supply, so, please ensure it is turned off after use. The deck is always cleaned but after many years of enjoyment, there are some marks.

The unit will be entirely yours during your stay.

The large parking lot has a back area with cameras pointing towards it if you have a trailer that doesn’t fit in larking spaces.

The pool is open daily from May Long Weekend until Mid September.

The Hot Tub is open year round.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and felt just like home. It’s so nice to have a dog friendly place where our furry baby was welcome too!!! I would highly recommend!

The condo was lovely, in a great location, easy to access and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub! Shawna is a great host, is attentive and responds quickly :)
