Great rental for our family! The place was exactly as advertised and was very clean and stocked very well with kitchen amenities (including spices) and linens with good and plentiful pillows. The location was great as far as walking distance to groceries, coffee shops and other shops. We’d definitely stay here again. We all highly recommend!

Lovely home & great location but sadly we can’t recommend it due to property management issues. We chose the home expressly for the great room & fireplace. On arriving 12/23 the fireplace didn’t work so we texted Ryland (manager). Instead of sending maintenance he texted incorrect instructions throughout the eve, apparently confusing the home with another property. Next morning he sent a junior staffer who was unfamiliar with the fireplace and couldn’t fix it. We were sad to lose this feature over Christmas but remained polite and understanding. On 12/26 Ryland said nothing could be done during our stay. Only after we pressed, an experienced staffer was sent who fixed it in 30 mins, leaving us just the final 48 hrs of our 6-night stay to enjoy it. The fireplace issue was mentioned in earlier reviews. Deflecting problems & posting defensive passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews seems to be the norm. Overall we were unhappy renting with StayInClub despite the house being great

Lovely townhome in a great location — under 5 minute walk to a grocery store and downtown Fernie. The kitchen was stocked with way more cooking tools than the average AirBnB. Everything was nice and clean, and there was a great spa next door! We had a couple of issues though. Check in and access is done through an external website, which was very slow to load over cell phone internet since we were traveling from the US. It also required us to sign additional documents. It would be nice if everything was done through the AirBnB interface. We also had some issues with the central heating system. It only produced cold air, which we raised as a concern to the host, but this was not fixed. The fireplace was also flaky. Fortunately there were radiators in all bedrooms, so we were able to stay warm.
