Welcome to your perfect Fernie retreat! This spacious and inviting home is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts seeking comfort and relaxation after a day of adventure. The open living area features a modern wood stove (bring your own firewood), perfect for warming up after exploring the great outdoors.

The newly renovated kitchen opens to the living area and includes a large bar-top dining table that seats six. It’s fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with basics like oil, salt, pepper, and a taster jar of locally roasted coffee beans provided.

Three generously sized bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping options. The primary bedroom on the main floor features a split king bed—two twin XL mattresses placed together to form a standard king—dressed in hotel-quality linens for added flexibility and comfort. The second main floor bedroom includes two twin beds that can be pushed together if needed. In the basement, you’ll find another spacious bedroom with a king bed.

This home features two full bathrooms—one on each level—including one with a charming clawfoot tub/shower combination. Fluffy towels, locally made hand soap, and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer located in the basement and a dedicated workspace in the second main-floor bedroom, ideal for remote work or quiet focus. In the living room, you’ll find a 50" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, and it can also be connected to a laptop for additional viewing options (HDMI cable not included). Strong Wi-Fi (300-600 Mbps) ensures a seamless online experience.
