Tucked at the base of Fernie Alpine Resort, this inviting ground-floor unit offers everything you need for a comfortable mountain getaway. Located in a house with two other suites, you'll have your own private space and a shared entry area. As you enter the home, the unit is immediately to your left for easy access.

Step inside to an open living area featuring a comfy couch, TV, and fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for home cooking, plus counter seating for three and a dining table for four. We’ve stocked it with kitchenware, appliances, salt, pepper, oil, and even a small jar of coffee beans to start your mornings off right.

The unit features tiled floors throughout and a spacious king bedroom with a large closet. Down the hallway, you’ll find a cozy nook with a double bed and a single bed for additional guests. The bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer, locally made hand soap and shampoo, and fluffy towels for that extra touch of comfort.

Additional amenities include in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer, and access to a shared hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Dogs are welcome! Bring your pup along and enjoy everything Fernie has to offer—together.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to one of the three suites in our property. Please be aware that there are two other suites on the upper floor.

All units utilize the driveway and have access to shared storage in the garage. Additionally, guests have shared access to the hot tub located on the right side of the house.

Regarding the storage, please ensure to wash down all muddy sporting equipment using the hose on the side of the house.

Please note that the deck and hot tub located on the backside of the house are private and not accessible to guests.

Please be advised that our maintenance technician performs regular upkeep on the hot tubs throughout the week. During these times, he may stop by unannounced to carry out necessary checks and maintenance.

We had a fantastic stay, such a peaceful spot at the base of Fernie resort, beautiful walking trails and 10 mins from downtown.

The place is nice and in a decent location. No issues except there was no heat and the TV didn’t work. Also, It’s not walking distance to bars and restaurants but it’s a short drive. Really close to great biking though.

Clean place, private, only ones in the house, so no noise, I would stay again. All the dishes you need. Hot shower.
