An awful experience from start to finish. I paid over $430 USD for one night for me and my dogs. The unit is old, worn out and smells like gas. When I finally found the section it's in, it was impossible to find the unit. There's no mention that you can't see the unit because the door faces sideways and is hidden. The blinds over my bed fell on me when I tried to lower the shade. No batteries in the remotes so I couldn't watch the Olympics; then a random guy showed up unnannounced and took some from another unit. The TV viewing area is very cramped with no comfortable way to watch TV. There is no parking at night. The worst part was that Stephanie refused to help. She kept messaging, "This has never happened, read the instructions." There were no instructions for the wifi or the fireplace with a control panel hanging by wires off the wall. She refused to call me because it was "against policy." The 4 pm/10 am check in/out is unreasonable and expensive to request a change.

Host was quick with communication and clear with instructions. Space was easy to find and was as seen in pictures. Place had everything we needed for our kitchen needs and was clean. Only complaint is that the building itself is quite noisey. You can hear every thump and bump from people in other units in the building.

We booked this last minute for six people due to the weather and not wanting to drive home and we found it a little cramped for six adults. It is definitely in need of a little TLC but sufficient for what we needed. There are nice views of the mountains.
