This Panorama home is situated in a serene neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The peaceful surroundings, the fresh air, and the stunning views create a unique ambiance that is hard to find elsewhere. The property is situated next to the village gondola, which goes to the upper village. So, getting around Panorama couldn't be easier. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living space, and a private deck area you'll want to come back time and time again.

This property is conveniently located directly beside the village gondola. So, access to the upper village is super quick! You can park immediately outside the Riverbend building, or use the underground carpark.

ENTRANCE

As you walk into the property there is a place to store your skis, and hang your coats. Immediately in front of you is the stairs up to the main living area.

LIVING AREA

The main living area is flooded with natural light, and the views framed by large trees are beautiful. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry closet, lounge, kitchen, and dining areas.

LOUNGE AREA

There's plenty of space to curl up on the comfortable sofa's after a busy day to read your favourite book or watch an old film. The lounge has two sofa's, a gas fireplace, TV (with TELUS Optik and Fire TV Stick), and wonderful views.

DINING AREA

Gather family and friends together around the large six seater dining table, and the kitchen island that seats three. Just off the dining area is a private deck with a small patio set. Please note, there is no BBQ.

KITCHEN

You will find all the large and small appliances that you'd expect in a large family kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, drip coffee machine, and kettle. You'll also find salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans (with grinder) to use during your stay.

BEDROOMS

On the main living floor you will find one bedroom with a queen bed, and another with two twin beds. Up on the second floor you will find the light filled master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, large walk in closet, and a lovely ensuite. For your comfort, each of the beds are dressed in hotel quality linens.

BATHROOMS

You will find one bathroom on the main level, and the second is connected to the master suite on the second floor. Each bathroom has a tub with shower over, vanity, a supply of locally made body wash/shampoo, built in hair dryer, and hotel quality towels.

LOCATION

Riverbend is near the Toby Creek pools which you can use during the summer months. You will find the Riverbend Hot tubs behind unit 17.

Great place for skiing at Panorama. Right beside the gondola to the lifts so easy access with ski boots. Spacious unit with 6 adults.

We had a great stay with our family of 5 at Shawna’s place. The location is perfect, right next to the lower village gondola. Spacious, clean, and well equipped. We will stay again. Thanks!

This place in Pano was fantastic. Literally right by the gondola up to the village. Underground parking spot. Residence hot tub which was nice after skiing. The place was great for our family of 6. Had a bit of troubles with the front lock and fireplace but the owner was very responsive.
