2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus loft with an additional queen bed! The top floor offers incredible vaulted ceilings. Lot's of space, HD Smart TV, fireplace, AC and access to all the Silver Rock amenities including hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, gym and underground parking! This penthouse suite is the perfect home away from home in Fernie.

BED & BATH

With a large master suite featuring a king bed, in addition to another bedroom offering a comfy queen bed–– there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Up in the loft, guests can enjoy an additional queen-sized bed, perfect for little ones to share! They’ll feel as if they’re sleeping in a treehouse for the night. You’ll also find two fully-stocked baths available, including tubs for a long soak.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for cozying up in front of with a good book. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for basic cooking, including coffee brewer, kettle and toaster. There is also a large island available to be used as a workspace or for dining.

AMENITIES

In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view!

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.

Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

Important Notice!!! The pool area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of January 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.

very clean, comfortable beds and great location directly off the highway. kitchen is very minimally stocked. make sure to bring tin foil, plastic wrap and plastic bags etc. we found the check in experience very confusing. It is not a traditional air bnb but you are taken to a 3rd party booking link and are flooded with information and options. a 30$ damage waiver is non-refunable the batteries for the underground parking fob did not work however the host was very responsive and would said they would replace the batteries immediately over all we probably will choose different accommodations in the future but it served its purpose for the time we were there

Perfectly located between downtown and the mountain. 5 minutes walks to restaurants and 4 minutes drive to ski area. Very spacious living room, great to play board games. The only thing is there are not dining table. Something we often see in ski town rentals. The indoor garage is also very spacious and easy to park into. Not always the case.

Great place to stay with group of people. Easy check in and check out. Very easy to find, clean, very comfortable beds and cozy with a fire place. Zero complaints!
