We had a great time at Ryland's place. Perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable and the BBQ was top notch. Saw the reviews about the carpets but wasn't a concern for us. would stay again!

A great place to stay - spacious and well equipped. The rugs and furniture were well worn, but that was fine. I was very impressed that we messaged him and mentioned that the blender was not working ( the glass pitcher part was missing). He responded and the next morning someone showed up at the door with a brand new blender! very impressed!

Ryland was great. Very responsive. The management company was pushy with their communication to buy their proprietary trip insurance, damage insurance and use of their website. As I communicated upon arrival, there were stains on the carpet in all the rooms, damaged cabinets, floors and the stove drawer. Chipped paint and damage on the stairwell. We expected much more for the price and were disappointed but appreciated Ryland’s fast response.

Ryland's place was the perfect spot for our group (with two pups) out for mountain biking adventures. We could bike from his place to some trail heads. It's a large space and was pretty clean (carpets could use changing but didn't bother us), and the patio was the perfect place for breakfast and wind down after a big bike day. Beds were pretty comfortable and very clean! The dishwasher wasn't working and the patio chairs were falling apart, those were the only things we found inconvenient. There was fresh local coffee waiting for us, which was a nice touch. It was a great spot for the value, and would definitely book again!

The space was perfect with a couple families traveling with kids. The loft is a great space for the kids. My only big compliant was the furniture was covered in dog hair and my daughter has allergies so that was definitely a down fall. We knew pets were welcome in the property, but it definitely was NOT cleaned properly after the last guest as the couch and chair were covered in dog hair!
