After your adventures, relax in the shared hot tub or get in a workout at the on-site gym. The unit offers underground parking, air conditioning, and all the comforts you need for a cozy and convenient stay in the mountains. Ideal for couples or solo travelers year-round.

As you enter the condo, you’re welcomed into a small entrance area with a coat rack. Directly across from the entry is a large closet with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Continue down the hallway into the open-concept living space, which includes the lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Just before entering this space, you’ll find a front door buzzer on the right-hand wall to allow guests into the building. The living area features a 65" smart TV mounted on the wall and a cozy electric fireplace. A comfortable two-seater sofa provides the perfect spot to relax with a book or unwind with a movie after exploring Fernie.

The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including essential cookware, utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh locally roasted coffee beans. A grinder is provided, so bring your favorite cream or whitener. The round dining table comfortably seats four.

Further down the hallway, the spacious bathroom offers two sinks, a deep soaker tub, and a large walk-in shower with a rain-head. Fluffy white towels and locally crafted hand soap and body wash/shampoo are provided.

The bedroom features two tall windows with a charming view of the courtyard. A large, plush bed with a memory foam topper and high-thread-count linens ensures a restful sleep. There’s also a generous closet for your belongings.

Guests also have access to underground parking, a communal hot tub, and a gym—great for both convenience and comfort.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

Upon arrival at the 901 building, you'll find a lockbox at the main entrance containing your keycards. Once inside, take the left-hand corridor—your condo is located a short walk down on the right. The building also features a full-service spa, perfect for a relaxing visit during your stay.

Please note that this unit is near the elevator and it can be noisy.

Thomas’ condo was a great place to stay. It’s close to downtown Fernie with all its restaurants, coffee houses and bars. It’s is also not too far from the ski hill and cross country trails. The condo had all the amenities needed for a stress free stay. It was easy to get into and had underground parking.

The apartment is super cool! The building is a really special spot. If you're super sensitive to noise while sleeping you could be frustrated by the elevator noise through the night. Earplugs help a little. Amazing location, cozy spot!

The place was very clean and the location is great for walking to all the stores downtown. The elevator was quite loud and woke me up several times throughout the night, but I am a light sleeper. We would definitely stay there again.
