If you're looking for a spacious one bedroom condo on the doorstep of Fernie's Alpine Resort, then this is it. With a large living space and huge windows the views are wonderful from this condo. So, unwind after a busy day on the sofa or sit on the balcony and feel those mountain vibes. You can be as busy, or as chilled as you want here. Enjoy the communal spaces at Timberline, or go find some entertainment in Downtown Fernie (ten minute drive).
As you enter the Timberline, King Fir building (400 building), you will need to go up one floor. Use the stairs or elevator, then walk down the hallway. You will find an Igloo lock on the door, and you will find the code in your checkin email received prior to your arrival.
BATHROOM
There is a hair dryer, hotel quality towels, and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your personal use. Please note the bathtub is not a jacuzzi tub.
LIVING SPACE
The galley style kitchen comes fully equipped with all the large and small appliances you would expect. We also provide some cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans: so, just bring your favourite coffee whitener! Next to the kitchen counter is a four seater dining table. Within the same space is the large lounge area. There's a comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, TV with standard cable, and a door to the balcony.
BALCONY
There are two chairs and is the perfect place for that morning coffee, or late night drink.
BEDROOM
There is a queen bed with alpine style bedframe. You will also find window A/C, luggage rack, closet space, and an iron and board in this room. Furthermore, for your comfort, the bed is dressed in hotel quality linens.
NOTES
To work the gas fireplace use the switch on a nearby wall - there is a slight delay.
For the TV there are two remotes. One for the cable TC and one for the TV. You will need to make sure the video input is on HDMI#1 for everything to work.

You will need a vehicle to get to the property.
Please note, guests do not have access to the King Fir pool and hot tub. You can use the hot tub between Pine and Spruce, and the hot tubs at Aspen, Balsam, and Juniper .There is a sauna within the basement of the Spruce lodge that all guests from each of the lodges can use.

PARKING PASS
There is a parking pass scheme in place at Timberline properties. Please ensure you use the pass(es) provided in the property during your stay, and return before your departure. Please note, lost or missing passes incur a replacement fee.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, sauna and game rooms are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay.
