If you want easy access to Fernie's Alpine resort as well as Downtown, our one bedroom condo is exactly what you're looking for. You'll be within walking distance of downtown's unique restaurants and nightlife, while also being near the Elk River trails, and ten minutes drive from the Alpine Resort. Our condo at Silver Rock has everything you need for your stay including access to the communal swimming pool, hot tub, gymnasium, and underground heated parking.

The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king bed with ensuite. You can unwind after a long day in the deep, soaker-style tub. The bathroom comes with all the basic necessities––plush towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and locally made Soco Soaps body wash/shampoo. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. We provide cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans. The lounge is comfortable with TV and a fireplace. There is a small two seater high table with tall chairs where you can eat your meals. There are laundry machines for you to use during your stay. There is also a communal laundry room within Silver Rock that you can use. Please do not wash mine work clothes in the suite's machines. There is a private patio with outdoor chairs. Please note, there is no BBQ. You will have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub: there is so much included in your stay.

Important Notice!!! The pool area will be under construction from May 12 until approximately the end of September 2025. During this period, the hot tub will be unavailable. The pool and steam room may be accessible on select days, but we do not have confirmed dates at this time.

Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.
