Enjoy your vacation in this spaciousone bedroom bright condo at Lake Windermere Pointe, within the Cleland building. Relax in comfort with stunning views of the Purcell mountains, Lake Windermere, and the Rockies. Since you are only steps away from James Chabot Provincial Park and the beach, you can enjoy year round access to the lake. The condo includes access to the residents pool, hot tubs and gym.
MAIN BUILDING ACCESS
To gain access to the main building you will need the building code to open the glass doors. This will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your check-in time. Once inside, the unit can be found immediately opposite the entrance.
KITCHEN
As you walk into the unit there is a closet for storage, and coat hooks. The kitchen is to your right and comes full equipped with everything you could need to whip up a snack or full meal. There is a large NEW fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and toaster. Opposite the dinning area is a cute two seater dining table.
LOUNGE AREA
The spacious lounge has a comfy corner sofa, large TV, and coffee table. There is also access to the private patio area.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a king bed and closet space. For extra comfort the bed is dressed in hotel quality linens.
IN SUITE LAUNDRY
There is a closet with the washer and dryer for your personal use.
BATHROOM
There is a full bathroom with a shower over the tub, and fluffy towels are provided. There is also a supply of locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your personal use.
PATIO
This is an inviting area to enjoy the outdoors all year round. With comfy outdoor seating, an over sized low table, BBQ, and pretty views, you will spend a lot of time out here.
This building is in a great location, just off the highway, with shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Therefore, please expect some background noise.
