BED AND BATH
The unit is a hotel style suite with a large, king-sized bed. Unwind after a long day among the pristine white, hotel quality bedding. The private, ensuite bathroom is a four-piece unit, including a tub for a soak after a long day. Within the suite, guests have access to TV, shower, fluffy towels, portable fans, mini fridge and microwave. All the basics to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
AMENITIES
Guests have use of the outdoor hot tub all year round, as well as the indoor sauna. There is free parking available for guests on-site. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage.
Communal BBQs are located on the main floor.
IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.
Please note this building does not have an elevator/lift.
The guest suite will be entirely yours during your stay. The main condo unit is locked off and not accessible. It may have guests and noise does transmit easily between the two units.
Must climb a flight of stairs up to the suite.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

PARKING PASS
There is a parking pass scheme in place at Timberline properties. Please ensure you use the pass(es) provided in the property during your stay, and return before your departure. Please note, lost or missing passes incur a replacement fee.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, sauna and game rooms are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
We offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.
