This is the perfect all-year-round townhouse for families or friends. With three private bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area, and a private deck with a hot tub and wonderful woodland views, you are sure to enjoy your time here. On the steps of the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort, you'll have quick access to an abundance of outdoor activities all year round. If you like a little retail therapy or spa treatments then downtown Fernie and Island Lake Lodge are up the road.
There are steps upto the entrance door, then steps up again to the main living area. As you go upstairs you will find a walk-in closet space for all your coats and shoes.
BEDROOMS
On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms. One has a twin bunk bed, closet, drawers, and a work desk. And the other has a queen-sized bed and closet space. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom and one of the bathrooms can be found on the top floor. The master queen bed is also dressed in hotel-quality linens.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms in this townhouse. The top floor bathroom has a tub with shower over, and the main floor bathroom has a shower only. Both bathrooms are stocked with hotel-quality towels, Soco Soaps bodywash/shampoo and handsoap.
MAIN LIVING SPACE
The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are all on the main floor of the house. From the dining area, you have access to the private deck that has the most wonderful woodland views, and of course the hot tub. Please ensure you read our hot tub rules prior to use.
The kitchen is well-designed and comes stocked with everything you will need to whip up a light snack or full meal. We also provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee too. Just bring your whitener of choice! Next to the kitchen is the large dining table that comfortably seats six.
The lounge area has high ceilings and large windows with woodland views. There are two comfortable high-backed sofas, one with a reclining feature, along with a Roku TV.
IN SUITE LAUNDRY
On the main floor, near the shower-room, you will find the laundry closet. There is also the iron and ironing board in here.
STORAGE
To the left of the entrance steps you will find a storage unit. The key is provided within the unit. Feel free to use this during your stay.
PARKING
There is allocated parking for two vehicles, and plenty of other available parking spaces for additional vehicles. Please read the local strata signage and obey all rules. Please note, no trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

Please be careful using the hot tub steps, and when closing the lid ensure you unlock the safety catch before pulling down.
This house has a wall-mounted humidity controller near the laundry closet, and a thermostat in the hallway opposite the furnace closet.
Please be advised that our maintenance technician performs regular upkeep on the hot tubs throughout the week. During these times, he may stop by unannounced to carry out necessary checks and maintenance.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.
