Get to the heart of mountain life, all year round, with a stay at Snow Creek. Our one bedroom condo also has a pull-out couch for two more guests, great mountain views, easy access to the slopes for biking or skiing, classic and skate ski trails within walking distance, plus outside heated pool and hot tub. On the doorstep are restaurants and bars, or if you fancy a quieter stay you can stock-up on local food and drinks from the Mountain Pantry Convenience store just down the road.
As you walk into the building's lobby you are greeted with traditional architecture. From exposed beams to wrought iron accents, this mountain side privately owned lodge will not disappoint.
COMMUNAL AREAS
Let's start with the communal areas. There is an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, fitness zone, and BBQ area that over looks the ski hill. In addition to these, there is a guest laundry room (paid by coins) and undercover parking. As you walk into the lobby there is a large seating area to meet up with friends.
THE LODGE CONDO
As you enter the cozy condo you step into the main living space. To your right is the full bathroom which will be stocked with hotel quality towels, locally made handsoap and bodywash/shampoo. The bath is a standard bath with shower over.
Next to the bathroom is a closet, in which you will find an iron, ironing board, and vacuum. There is also a hanging rail for a couple of coats.
In the main living area you will find the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The kitchen has all the large appliances you expect, the cupboards are full with all the pots and pans you could need, and we even supply oil, salt, and pepper. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen counter and can seat four adults. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, and there is even a pull-out bed for an extra two guests (bedding can be found in the trunk in front of the couch). With a TV and gas fireplace for your comfort, you will feel right at home in our lodge condo.
From the lounge area you can open the patio doors to let in the mountain air. Please note, there is no balcony, just railings.
MASTER BEDROOM
Just off the main living area is the master bedroom with Queen bed. From this bedroom you have access to a small balcony are with chairs, plus views across the ski hill. There is also a TV on the wall, and the bed is dressed in hotel quality linens.
LOCAL INFO
If you fancy getting out and about, Fernie Downtown is just ten minutes drive away, or there is a shuttle bus during winter months. Check out Tourism Fernie dot com for all the ski shuttle details.
