MAIN BUILDING ENTRANCE
You need to find the building that is 1101 to 1317. Inside the main entrance you will find a wall of lock boxes. You will be sent a code to access the key 24 hours prior to your check-in time. Once you retrieve the key this will open the doors into the main building: the key lock is to the right of the lock boxes. In the main entrance lobby there is a pleasant rock feature.
The building's lift can be found to your right as you walk into the lobby. You need to go to floor two. As you exit the lift, go to your right again and follow the corridor until you find this property on your right.
UNIT ENTRANCE AND BATHROOM
As soon as you enter this one bedroom unit you are greeted by all new furnishings, bright colours, and trendy décor. Immediately to your left is the bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, vanity, and toilet. There are hotel quality towels, and locally made body wash/shampoo and hand soaps for your use. Within the bathroom you will find a closet, in here is the washer and dryer. Conveniently, there is also a door through to the master bedroom via a walk through closet area.
BEDROOM
This is a Queen bedroom with blackout curtains. For your comfort, the brand new bed is dressed in hotel quality linens. There is also access to the balcony from the master bedroom: perfect for those morning coffees.
MAIN LIVING AREA
This area includes the fully equipped kitchen, living space with a beautiful gas fireplace, and comfy dining area. There is a ceiling fan to help circulate the air should you need. With tasteful and modern décor throughout, you will feel right at home and relaxed in this space. The dining table seats four, and the corner sofa is definitely calling your name! There is a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances awaiting your culinary skills. You will find everything you need to whip up a meal in no time. We even supply you salt, pepper, and vegetable cooking oil, so feel free to leave yours at home.
BALCONY
You can access this space from the master bedroom or the living area near the dining table. The modern décor continues into the outside with new seating, rug, umbrella, and BBQ. The balcony views are quite spectacular: you can watch the sun set from here.
You can golf in the summer, and cross country ski or snowshoe in the winter: truly a treat! There are wild animals such as deer, sheep, and even turkeys abound. View the night sky, soak in natural mineral waters and truly unwind. This is a healing place!
THE LOCAL AREA

Located at the entrance of the Kootenay National park, about one hour from Banff and one hour from Kicking-horse. You are within walking distance of a large golf course with sweeping mountain views over the Columbia Valley wetlands.
For snowmobilers, you will have access to some of the best trails in the valley. So, take advantage of the ample parking that Sable Ridge offers.
For skiers and snowboarders, in Radium, you are positioned one hour from Kicking-horse, thirty five minutes from Panorama ski resort, and one hour-fifteen from Banff.
Fifteen minutes away, is the Whiteway at the stunning lake Windermere: the worlds largest natural outdoor skating rink. There is also cross country skiing, walking, and ski skating to entertain you. You are surrounded by mountain vistas in Radium.
Radium offers peace and tranquillity, and all the best amenities such as the Big Horn café for savoury and sweet pies, salads, and super cinnamon rolls, a local artisanal brewery with board games, smiles, and a crackling fire. Live music is offered as well here or at the “down home” Horsethief pub. They even offer a shuttle service if it’s too icy to walk the ten minutes on foot! If you fancy Austrian or German cuisine, schnitzel and beer, or maybe some Apfelstrudel, you’re in luck as there are several restaurants close by! If you want an easy poutine, vegan or traditional, there is a fantastic snack-bar with French chefs creating the best soups, poutine and burgers- when you see the truckers here, you know it’s the real deal!

This condo is nestled in the heart of Radium Hot Springs. Surrounded by hiking trails, your backcountry adventure awaits! It's a short five minute drive to the natural mineral hot springs, and multiple golf courses. And a little further away is the Panorama ski resort and Kicking Horse Mountain resort in Golden.
