The Riverside development is situated beside the famous Elk River in Fernie. It's a popular choice for couples, families, and groups. Our convenient location means you'll be minutes from Downtown, Fernie Alpine Resort, and Island Lake Lodge. Our first floor hotel style suite has a queen bed, private shower room, hairdryer, mini fridge, and microwave. There's also plenty of parking either in the parking lot or on a nearby street.

Our property is on the first floor, meaning there is a flight of steps to get to the front door. There is also a locker on the first floor balcony area that you can use during your stay.

You enter immediately into the bedroom area. It is a small room with a queen bed, TV, drawers, shelving, and shower ensuite. Plus, near the door there are some wall hooks for anything that needs to be hung up. For extra comfort, the bed linen and towels are of hotel quality. The shower ensuite has a walk in shower, vanity unit, hair dryer, and a supply of locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo.

Please note, this property is a hotel-style suite, therefore it does not have a kitchen. Please check the amenities list prior to booking.

Being hotel-style there are units in close proximity and noise can travel.

IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.
