This popular Riverside development is a great choice due to it's convenient, and beautiful location. Downtown is just a five minute drive away where you can find lots of restaurants and shops, and Fernie Alpine resort is a ten minute drive up the hill. Furthermore, you will also find entrance the to Mount Fernie Provincial Park opposite the Riverside development. This comfortable hotel-style condo suite has a mini fridge, microwave, Queen bed and ensuite.

MAIN ENTRANCE

There are a few steps up to the covered entrance way. You walk immediately into the main suite. The Queen bed is in front of you, the TV and drawers to your right, and the ensuite ahead of you.

The comfortable Queen bed is dressed in hotel quality linens, and adds a touch of luxury and comfort to your stay. You will also find a mini fridge, microwave and TV (with cable) in this suite.

In the ensuite with standard bath tub, you will find hotel quality towels along with locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your use.

This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.

Please note, there is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos. Although we do not expect this to impact your stay, there could be some construction noise and traffic.
