This brand new modern townhouse with hot tub is perfect for group and family trips. Located in the highly anticipated Nordix complex, and situated at the base of Platter lift, this is the ideal location for those wanting to be steps aways from all the action. With mountain and valley views from the private deck, modern decor throughout, and comfortable beds, this home will not disappoint! Be one of the first to stay in this wonderful modern home.
ENTRANCE
As you walk into the townhouse, you have steps immediately in front of you up to the main living space.
UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE
The upstairs living space is open plan design at its best. Flooded in natural light the dining, kitchen, and cozy lounge space are inviting and decorated to a high standard.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you could need to whip up a light snack or family meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. There is also island seating with four stools.
The lounge area has a small sofa and two single chairs that fold out to be twin sized sofa beds. The TV is also cable and Roku. Near the lounge area is a half bathroom (toilet).
The dining table seats 6 and is located near the inviting gas fireplace.
GEAR ROOM
The gear room is located directly off of the front entrance, into the garage space. Guests are able to leave their gear fully secured inside, but NOT in the condo. It is approximately 10 feet by 12 feet in size. It has a bench, wall hangers, a heavy duty ski/bike rack and shelving for their storage needs. It has enough space for ski racers to set up a tuning table and tune skis in the comfort of the heated garage. It is secured with a keyless lock and security camera.
DECK SPACE
Out the back, just off the dining space, is the door to the small deck space with hot tub and BBQ.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
There is a small, twin over double bunk room, perfect for children. There is also a queen bedroom with closet space, high ceilings and large windows. The primary bedroom has a king bed, closet space, and ensuite shower room. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. Each of the bedrooms currently has privacy blinds.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
On the second floor is a full bathroom with tub/shower. You will also find hotel quality towels and locally sourced body wash/shampoo that you can use during your stay.
LAUNDRY CLOSET
There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.
PARKING
There is one space out the front of the property.
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

You will need a vehicle to get to the property. But once here you can easily get about by foot or bike.
Only parking for ONE vehicle at the unit. Extra vehicles must be parked in the resort parking area.
