You will enjoy this unique, accessible, modern, and upgraded one bedroom ground floor unit with electric fireplace, and hide-abed sofa at Mountain View. With stunning mountain and resort views from your deck, and being walking distance to the kid's playground, we know you will love being here. There are no stairs to exit or enter this unit, and there's a low profile accessible shower with a chair.
From the parking lot at the 5000 building, you enter the right building door. The condo is on this main floor at the end of the hall, in a vestibule marked "5007 A and B". Our door is the right hand one. As you enter you are immediately met with the freshly renovated space. There's a small storage area immediately to the right.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is on the right as you enter, and has been completely repainted and has new countertops. It includes everything you'll need to make this stay great. There's a drip coffee maker with fresh and local Stolen Church coffee beans, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There is also a Keurig coffee machine (bring your own pods for this). The kitchen is stocked with the necessities to whip up a tasty meal or snack.
BATHROOM
To the right of the kitchen, the fully renovated bathroom includes a restyled sink pedestal counter, a new eco-friendly toilet, new vinyl plank floors, and an accessible shower with a stool. Please note - The shower curtain must be inside the lip of the shower.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, patio, and main living area. The restyled bedroom has a brand new king sized bed, new accessories, and fresh paint. The plush mattress and hotel quality bedding will keep you comfortable all night.
The dedicated work desk with lamp and chair is in the bedroom.
LIVINGROOM
In the living room, closest to the kitchen, is a nice and modern four place dining table. Just beyond that is a new sofa with a pull-out bed for the children. This spacious and bright living room includes a smart TV, electric fireplace, fresh paint, new ceiling fan, a window air conditioner, and access to the patio.
PATIO
Our valley and mountain view patio faces the back side of the building and is elevated 1 story above the ground. There is a comfortable 4 place outdoor patio set as well as a gas barbecue that is fitted directly to the building's propane supply. Please make sure the propane is turned off after use!

You will need a car to get around and enjoy all that this beautiful place in the mountains has to offer.
Water Park, Pool and Hot tubs are a paid amenity, and only available Mid May to Mid September.
Please ensure the shower curtain is inside the bottom lip when showering. This gets easily missed as its an accessible stall.
The bathroom fan has been a point of contention to our upstairs neighbors who are very sensitive to noise. Please ensure it is not left on.
There is no laundry facility on site or nearby. There is a washer / dryer in the main hallway but that belongs to our neighbors.
The Mountain View buildings were built in the mid 90s and so the units share a ventilation system. Therefore, if you are sensitive to smells or usual life noises, or have any kind of allergies, please reach out before booking.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.
