The main floor includes an additional bedroom with a full bathroom and a walk-in shower (no bathtub). Please note that this bedroom has barn doors, making it less soundproof—you may hear some activity from the kitchen and living room areas.
This level also boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a charming breakfast nook, a formal dining room, a cozy living room with a Smart TV, and a laundry room featuring double washers and dryers. Step out onto the deck from the dining room, where you'll find a large family-style outdoor table —perfect for gathering and enjoying meals with a view.

Set on a spacious 0.5-acre double lot, this property offers unobstructed views of the Purcell Mountains —the sunsets here are truly magical. The highlight of the backyard is the 16' x 36' saltwater heated pool, kept at a comfortable temperature for your enjoyment.
Plenty of space remains for fun and games! In addition to the large pool deck, Jacuzzi hot tub guests can enjoy Spikeball, Ladder Toss, and Lawn Bowling—all included with your stay. We also provide kids' life jackets, pool balls, and floaties for water fun. Heading to the beach? You'll have access to two large beach mats, two collapsible coolers, and a bucket of sand toys for the perfect day by the lake.
