The lower level features a luxurious primary bedroom, adorned with a comfortable king-sized bed dressed in high-quality linens. The room boasts modern amenities such as a TV, spacious closet, and direct access to a private patio area, providing a serene retreat. For those who need to mix work with leisure, the TV shelf conveniently doubles as a workstation, ensuring a seamless blend of productivity and relaxation.
Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a recently renovated bathroom, showcasing a generous shower, a sleek vanity, plush hotel-quality towels, and locally crafted body wash/shampoo.

This property has two separate rentable areas. This means other guests maybe sharing the driveway with you.
There are strict local bylaws of no street parking. Please ensure you park on the driveway. There is enough space for your vehicles - being 2 vehicles across and 2 deep. Since these spaces are shared with the basement suite, please park to the right.
