Welcome to our tranquil basement nestled atop the picturesque hills of Ridgemont Lane in Fernie. This modern, spacious basement suite offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, promising an unforgettable stay for up to four guests. You'll have trails on the doorstep, and downtown is a a short stroll away. With breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including the infamous three sisters, your getaway here will be nothing short of fantastic.
Follow the unpaved path to the left of the house, where you'll enter into a bright, inviting space. As you step into this meticulously designed basement suite, you'll revel in the warmth of the in-floor heating as you explore this charming space.
The laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, ensures convenience during your stay. The large kitchenette area, without an oven, boasts a dishwasher, integrated fridge, and plenty of cupboards for all your culinary needs. Prepare delicious meals and gather around the two-stool dining table to savour them together. The spacious shower room features a beautifully decorated corner shower, offering a luxurious bathing experience. In the lounge area, unwind on the sofa while enjoying entertainment on the wall-mounted TV equipped with cable and Netflix. The sofa also adapts into a bed: this is not your average sofa bed! Finally, retreat to the queen bedroom, where you'll find ample storage, breathtaking mountain views of the Three Sisters, and a comfortable bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. Outside, conveniently located at the unit entrance, there is a storage shed, large enough for several bikes or ski equipment.
You'll be conveniently located minutes away from hiking trails and a short-ish walk to Fernie's charming downtown.
The basement suite will be entirely yours during your stay, as described in the listing. We live upstairs, in the main part of the house, and have our own entrance.
