Enjoy easy access to everything Fernie has to offer from this perfectly situated, and luxurious one bedroom condo. Located just steps away from Downtown Fernie where an abundance of boutiques and restaurants await you, you can't get closer to the town's apres ski activity than this. Furthermore, you are in close range to the many trailheads that Fernie has to offer. The Fernie Alpine Resort is just a twelve minute drive away. During winter months there is a ski shuttle service to the ski hill.
In the main entrance to the 901 building you will find a lockbox which holds the keycards for our condo. You will find the lockbox code within the information that is sent to you 24 hours prior to your check-in. As you enter 901, you need to take the left hand corridor and our condo can be found down here on the right.
It is also worth noting, that within this building is rather wonderful full service spa! Make sure you check it out.
ENTRANCE
As you walk into our beautiful condo you arrive into a small entrance area with coat rack. Immediately opposite you is a large closet with stacked washer/dryer.
LIVING SPACE
As you walk from the entrance down the hallway you will arrive in the open plan living space that encompasses the lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Just before you walk into the open plan area, on the right hand wall is a front door buzzer which can be used to let guests into the building.
The lounge has an exceptionally large, 65" smart TV on the wall, and there is a cozy electric fireplace. There is a comfy two seater sofa which is ideal for curling up on and reading a book, or for relaxing on and watching your favourite movie after a busy day exploring Fernie.
The large corner kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a snack or hearty meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for your use. We provide a grinder for those fresh beans, so just remember to bring your whitener of choice!
Next to the kitchen island is a large four seater round dining table.
BATHROOM
Back down the hallway and along the corridor you will find the large bathroom. Within there are two sinks, a large soaker tub, and a huge walk in shower with rain-head. There are fluffy white towels, and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for your use.
BEDROOM
In the bedroom there are two tall windows with a lovely court yard view. The large and super comfortable bed has a memory foam topper for extra comfort, and the bed linen has a high thread count which feels lovely to the touch. There is also a large closet for your personal use.
The condo will be entirely yours during your stay.

You will need a vehicle to get to the property. But once here you can easily get about by foot or bike.
