This cozy two bedroom ground floor suite, with two beds and a bunk, is the perfect spot for mountain biking, fishing, hiking or golfing. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, shower, and a washer and dryer for your use. There are plenty of trails outside the front door for you to explore. Lots of parking available on a quiet residential street located on the ski hill.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to one of the three suites in our property. Please be aware that there are two other suites on the upper floor.
All units utilize the driveway and have access to shared storage in the garage. Additionally, guests have shared access to the hot tub located on the right side of the house.
Regarding the storage, please ensure to wash down all muddy sporting equipment using the hose on the side of the house.
Please note that the deck and hot tub located on the backside of the house are private and not accessible to guests.

Please be advised that our maintenance technician performs regular upkeep on the hot tubs throughout the week. During these times, he may stop by unannounced to carry out necessary checks and maintenance.
